Quote Roll

I’m on a quote roll and a technology learning curve that’s steeper, way way steeper than I had planned for. Please pardon the blue text and underlining, I have no idea where it came from or how to get rid of it. Nothing is showing up in HTML, So, it’s a mistake that will be solved in time but won’t keep me from blogging daily.

As I go through the messages received through twitter, skype, facebook, email accounts and tumblr over the past couple of days of little on-line contact I’m being struck by some quotes that I want to keep. This blog is such a great way of keeping information that’s important, and I love the transparency of it! (even though it’s super hard for me to write and share here some days but I’m learning that that feeling is ok too)

“The best thing for being sad,” replied Merlyn, beginning to puff and blow, “is to learn something. That is the only thing that never fails. You may grow old and trembling in your anatomies, you may lie awake at night listening to the disorder in your veins, you may miss your only love, you may see the world about you devastated by evil lunatics, or know your honour trampled in the sewer of baser minds. There is only one thing for it then—to learn. Learn why the world wags and what wags it.” The book of Merlyn

Sufi sheikh writes that God told humanity “Through the gate of the mistake, most of My beloveds reach Me.”
