Mitecondria

A little bit of information knocked me off my chair recently. We all, male and female get our power house energy from our mothers. Genetically this little cell is called Mitochondrial Eve and here’s a little scientific blurb.
“Because all mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) is generally passed from mother to offspring without recombination, all mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) in every living person is directly descended from hers by definition.”
I’m a long way from really understanding what this means but the guy that told me about this and has studied it a long time suggested it’s all about the mom’s and the mom’s mom’s etc. even for men. That part fascinates me, I guess being human fascinates me.
